ACCOUNT SUSPENSION
If your account is suspended by Compliance, please keep in mind the following:
- CONSULTANT SUPPORT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU, so do not call Consultant Support expecting information or assistance with your suspension.
- On the replicated website, when your account is suspended, there will be the word “canceled” across your picture.
- Be advised that Compliance is email only. You should contact Compliance at compliance@paparazziaccessories.com. Compliance prioritizes reinstatements of accounts. Once the Consultant has corrected the violation, the Consultant should respond directly to Compliance on the same email thread sent to the Consultant regarding the Policy violation(s). Otherwise, there can be delays.
- Normally, the email Compliance sent to you regarding the violation(s) will specify the things Compliance requires that you do to rectify the violation. Please perform those tasks and notify us with proof that the violations have been corrected.
