Who Can Enroll as a Consultant?

To become a Paparazzi Consultant, each applicant must:

  • Be of the age of majority in his or her state of residence, or at least 18 years of age.
  • Reside in the United States.
  • Have a valid Social Security Number (SSN), Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN), or Federal Tax ID Number (EIN) that matches the name on the Applicant’s account.
  • Read and agree to abide by Paparazzi’s Consultant Agreement (see 2.1 Independent Consultant Agreement).
  • Purchase one of the Starter Kit options (unless this requirement is prohibited by the Applicant’s state laws).
  • Complete and submit (physically or electronically) an Independent Consultant Application and Agreement to Paparazzi.

No other member of the Consultant’s household, including the Consultant’s spouse, can be enrolled as a Consultant (See 3.2 One Consultant Business Per Household / Vested Interest).

After enrolling, Consultants can request to transfer ownership of their Paparazzi account to a business they own. When an account is transferred to a business entity, each principal of the business entity must provide his or her tax identification number (see Section 3.5 Business Entities for more information).

The name on the Paparazzi account must match the tax identification number used to open the account. If there is a mismatch between an individual’s or entity’s name and the tax ID number, the account will be suspended while an investigation is conducted.

Re-Enrollment of Former Paparazzi Consultants

If a Consultant’s account is canceled voluntarily or due to inactivity, the Consultant must wait 12 months from the date of cancellation to re-enroll. This enrollment restriction applies to all members of the Consultant’s household (see Section 11.5 Enrollment Restriction).

If a Consultant’s account has been canceled by Compliance due to a violation of the Policies and Procedures, the Consultant can never re-enroll. This restriction applies to the Consultant’s spouse, if applicable, and all members of the Consultant’s household (see Section 3.1 Requirements to Become a Consultant, second paragraph).
