ORDERS - MISSING ITEMS
When an order is received, it is the Consultant’s responsibility to do an immediate inventory of the product delivered to determine if there are any missing pieces from the invoiced order.
If items are missing from your order, please contact our Consultant Support Team. They can be reached Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm MST.
You must report missing items within three (3) business days of receipt of your order.
