HOW TO VIEW ORDER HISTORY

You can view your Order History by following these steps:

• Log into your shop site with your Consultant ID number as your username

  
  

  

• Click on the pink profile icon.

• Click on Order History from the profile menu on the left-hand side.

  

Order numbers beginning with a Q are temporary numbers applied to your order while it confirms on our website. Once the order finishes confirming, it will populate with its official order number.

You can also view your Order History in the Back Office by following these steps:

1. Click on Back Office from the left-hand side menu.

2. If using a desktop, hover over the Orders tab and click on Personal Orders from the drop-down menu. If using a mobile device, click on the three lines in the top right corner, then click on Orders and then Personal Orders.

You can view a copy of your invoice by clicking on View Order Details on the appropriate order. The order detail page will have a breakdown of the totals, payment(s), and billing and shipping addresses. If you need a physical copy of your invoice, click Print to print it out.
