You can cancel your Fashion Fix from your Back-Office by following these steps:

  • Log in to your Back-Office with your Consultant ID number as your username
  • For desktop browsers, hover the cursor over “Orders”, then click on “Fashion Fix

  • For mobile, click on the three lines in the upper right-hand corner, click on "Orders", then click "Fashion Fix"

  • Click “View Autoship Profile”

  • Click “Cancel Profile" 

  • Click "Yes" to confirm your request.
Please note that if your subscription is canceled and you would like to subscribe to the Fashion Fix again in the future, you will not be eligible for the Fashion Fix waiting list and will need to wait for open enrollment to do so.
