HOW TO TRACK ORDERS

You can track your shipments from your account by following these steps:


  • Click on Order History from the profile menu on the left-hand side.


  • Find/search the appropriate order number and click on Track Package.

You will then be directed to the appropriate courier's website, where you can view details regarding the status of your shipment.


Processing Times

All orders require a minimum of three business days for processing in our warehouse. The day of the order is not included in that processing window. The first processing day is the next business day after an order is submitted. Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not considered business days for processing.


Transit Times

The transit time with the shipping service varies based on location. You can view the estimated UPS Ground transit time from our warehouse here. Please keep in mind that the day a package is picked up is not counted as a transit day.


Shipping Methods

The majority of orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. Their days of operation are Monday through Saturday, with the exception of observed holidays. You can view the holiday schedule for UPS, here
