MARKETING WITH CHILDREN

Paparazzi does not recommend putting underage children on social media; however, as long as the Consultant is present on the live and doing the selling, the children can make an appearance. Many state laws prohibit children of a certain age from marketing, modeling, or promoting products. California law defines a child as 15 years old and younger. You should not allow children 15 years of age or younger to market, model, or promote products. As provided in Policies and Procedures:

4.11.3 Marketing Restriction

The Consultant shall not market or advertise any products intended for use by adults with images depicting children wearing the products. Consultants may not market or promote products to be worn by children age fifteen years old and under. Violations of this section are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of the Agreement.
