USED OR WORN ACCESSORIES

Consultants should not wear Paparazzi Accessories and then sell them, as used or worn Accessories are not resalable. Of course, Consultants may touch the Accessories to show their size, proportion, etc. However, when a Consultant continues wearing an Accessory after showing it to customers, it is no longer fit for resale. Earrings should never be worn and then resold.  Consultants should not sell or give away any incomplete Accessory.

Section 5.4 Paparazzi Brand Quality Control

At no time may the Consultant re-label, obscure the label, or remove the label of any Paparazzi product for retail sale. Such relabeling or repackaging violates this Agreement and governing laws. Civil liabilities may also result when the persons using the Accessories su≠er any type of injury or their property is damaged as a consequence of the repackaging or relabeling of Accessories or products. To preserve the expectation of safety and quality of Paparazzi Accessories, this Agreement prohibits:

a. Selling previously worn Accessories;

b. Selling damaged Accessories;

c. Selling incomplete sets of Accessories;

d. Placing non-Paparazzi labels on Paparazzi Accessories;

e. Placing Paparazzi labels on non-Paparazzi accessories;

f. Modifying Accessories; and

g. Suggesting the modification of Accessories (this does not include ring sizing, necklace extenders, alternative uses of the Accessory, etc.).
