Used or Worn Accessories

Consultants should not wear Paparazzi Accessories and then sell them, as used or worn Accessories are not resalable. Of course, Consultants may touch the Accessories to show their size, proportion, etc. However, when a Consultant continues wearing an Accessory after showing it to customers, it is no longer fit for resale. Earrings should never be worn, then resold.  Consultants should not sell or give away any incomplete Accessory.

Section 5.4 Paparazzi Brand states:

At no time may a Consultant re-label or remove the label of any Paparazzi product for retail sale.
