CO-APPLICANTS
Consultants can choose to add a co-applicant to their account. A co-applicant is not a co-owner and has no ownership rights to the Consultant account. A co-applicant can place orders and sell Paparazzi Accessories. The Consultant does not have to be present when a co-applicant sells Paparazzi Accessories. Co-applicants can be a part of only one account at a time so they cannot have their own Paparazzi account besides the one on which they are co-applicants. A co-applicant cannot be someone whose account was previously cancelled by Compliance or who is not eligible to enroll with Paparazzi. The co-applicant can reside in the same household as the Consultant since the co-applicant has no ownership rights to the account. The co-applicant can be removed from the account at any time by the Consultant. The co-applicant is not entitled to any recognition, awards or commissions arising from the account. A Consultant is responsible for all actions of a co-applicant. A co-applicant is added at the Consultant’s own risk. A copy of the co-applicant’s Social Security card and State ID card must be provided before the co-applicant will be added to the account.
