ACCOUNT CHANGE OF ADDRESS - UPDATE INFORMATION

Consultants are responsible to keep their account information updated. 

This information applies to the address on your account only. 

  • To update your address for your Shop click HERE
  • To update your address for your Fashion Fix order click HERE

Consultants can update their account's address information in the Back-Office by following these steps:

  • Log into your Back-Office using your Consultant ID number.
  • Desktop Site:
    • Click on “My Profile” at the top right-hand of the screen (this can be seen by hovering the cursor over your profile picture).
  • Mobile Site:

  • Click on “Edit My Profile” at the left-hand side of the screen.
  • Update your Billing and/or Shipping address and click Save:
