SELLING FOR OTHER MULTILEVEL DIRECT SALES COMPANIES

A Paparazzi Consultant may currently sell for other direct sales companies, with the exception of companies that sell competing items—such as other jewelry, accessories, hair products, or anything similar to products sold by Paparazzi for resale. Consultants must keep the two businesses entirely separate. They are not allowed to promote or sell any other direct sales, network marketing, party planning, multilevel, or similarly structured businesses within any feed, wall, timeline, album, post, or live stream where Paparazzi is mentioned or sold. This restriction also applies to direct sales businesses operated by another member of the Consultant's household and extends to the site as a whole.

Any social media site–whether personal or business–where a Consultant mentions Paparazzi is treated as a Paparazzi sales site and is governed by Paparazzi policy. Even a single post offering or promoting Paparazzi creates a Paparazzi sales site on the social media platform where that post appears. Therefore, if a Consultant posts anything Paparazzi to their personal social media site, they have created a Paparazzi sales site. If they subsequently post about direct sales makeup and/or clothing, they are violating the policies by mixing direct sales products on a Paparazzi  "sales site."

Cross-Company Recruiting

Another critical aspect to consider is Section 5.18, which addresses Cross-Company Recruiting. This section states that any attempt, whether successful or unsuccessful, by any Consultant to recruit current Paparazzi Consultants into any other multilevel, network marketing, direct sales, customer recruitment, master resale rights, or party planning company constitutes a violation of this Agreement. Such a violation will result in the immediate termination of the Consultant's account, and this section remains in effect even after the Agreement is terminated.

Any page or site where Paparazzi is sold or promoted is considered a Paparazzi sales site, including personal social media pages. If a Consultant sells for another direct sales company and promotes recruitment for that company on any Paparazzi sales site, they will be engaging in cross-company recruiting. For instance, if there is a post on social media or a link on a Paparazzi sales site that redirects to a site that defaults to "join my team" for another MLM, this is classified as cross-company recruiting. Recruiting can occur directly or indirectly, and can be intentional or unintentional. It is not possible to recruit for another multilevel company and avoid violating the cross-company recruiting restriction. If a Paparazzi Consultant recruits another Paparazzi Consultant to join the other company, that is considered cross-company recruiting. Additionally, if there are members of your page for the other company, and you recruit there, that activity may also be interpreted as cross-company recruiting. Violating this policy will result in the cancellation of the Consultant's account.
