CHARGING FOR TRAINING

Consultants who have reached the rank of A-Lister or above for two (2) consecutive months can request permission to charge other Consultants for training by emailing compliance@paparazziaccessories.com. Please provide the following information when making a request:

  1. The amount to be charged for the training.
  2. Details of what the charge covers.
  3. A description of any items to be given to attendees.
  4. The date and time of the training event.
  5. The location of the training event, including the name and full address of the venue.
  6. A summary of the topics to be covered in the training.
  7. The name of each individual who will be assisting with or offering training.

Any permission granted to charge for training applies only to the approved training event. Although any Consultant can promote the event, only the Consultant who received permission to conduct the training from Compliance can collect the money. 

All aspects of a Consultant’s training, including any promotion of a training event, must comply with Paparazzi’s Policies and Procedures. Consultants who have been permitted to charge for training cannot:

  • Charge for items to be given away or include the cost of those items in the fee for the training, as doing so is considered selling Paparazzi alongside non-Paparazzi products. See Discussion of Section 5.11.
  • Sell or give away any item containing the words “Paparazzi” or “Paparazzi Accessories.”
  • Invite vendors to team training events. No other business, product, or service may be marketed, promoted, or sold at a team training event by the Consultant or any other person or business.
