Policy Enforcement

For most violations of the Paparazzi Policies and Procedures, Compliance will suspend the Consultant’s account and send an email asking the Consultant to correct the violation(s). The Consultant should then resolve the violations and notify Compliance to be reinstated. A Consultant should not sell Paparazzi Accessories or otherwise transact Paparazzi business while suspended. 

Some violations, including disparaging remarks, cross-company recruiting, and bonus buying, are more consequential and may result in the termination of the Consultant’s account.

Occasionally, Compliance will send a warning or advisory to educate a Consultant or ask the Consultant to correct a violation without suspending the Consultant’s account. If the Consultant fails to comply, the Consultant’s account will be suspended or canceled, depending on the nature of the violation.

Compliance strives to keep all reports of violations confidential. However, it may be necessary to reveal the name of the person reporting due to the nature of some violations (such as a failure to fulfill a customer’s order).
