ONLINE SALES

ONLINE SALES

Section 5.10 outlines necessary guidelines for online sales.

  1. Independent Consultants are not allowed to use a mass emailer or generate "SPAM" for their Paparazzi Business.
    1. Unsolicited Communications. Consultants may not initiate unsolicited communications with anyone they do not have a personal connection to. This communication may include faxes, emails, phone calls, friend requests, etc. Consultants are not allowed to use a mass emailer or generate "spam" for their Paparazzi business. (See information on Advertising, Section 5.2 through 5.5.)
    2. Poaching. Contacting friends and customers (whom you do not know) of other Paparazzi Consultants and asking them to shop with you is a practice known as "poaching" and is considered unprofessional conduct for a Paparazzi Consultant. Consultants should reach out only to those with whom they have a direct relationship. Reaching out to "friends of friends" and responding to "suggested friends" on Facebook are not considered personal relationships.
  2. Social media or networking is permitted to develop a warm market or network with current associates. However, a Consultant should not sell through any social media page that does not directly belong to that Consultant.
    1. Sole Administrator. On a site where the Consultant is the sole administrator, the Consultant can post individual Paparazzi Accessories for sale and go live.
  3. Any and all online activity by Consultants intended to promote Paparazzi must be appropriately designated as "Independent Consultant."
    1. Independent Consultant. Paparazzi has provided Independent Consultant Logos for Consultant use on the Paparazzi EXP mobile app (available on Apple or Android). (See information on Logos.)
    2. Site name. The name of a Consultant's sales site should not be easily confused with Corporate Paparazzi. See Paparazzi Policies and Procedures, Section 5.3 Use of Paparazzi Name.
    3. Corporate Logo. A consultant should not use the corporate logo or the corporate crown, other than when the Consultant uses graphics provided by corporate Paparazzi. (See information on Logos.)
  4. In accordance with Section 5.13, Paparazzi products must not be displayed or sold alongside any other product(s).
    1. Non-Paparazzi alongside. Non-Paparazzi should not be given away, sold, or promoted alongside Paparazzi in any live, reel, post, image, album, video, or similar. This restriction applies to personal social media sites. Rule: One post = one household business—with Paparazzi always standing alone, with the sole exception being for shares. (See Section 5.11 and see share giveaway exception).
