SOCIAL MEDIA GROUP SITES, INCLUDING GARAGE SALE, BUY-SELL-TRADE, ISO, YARD SALE, AND OTHER GROUP SITES*

On sites where the Consultant is NOT the sole administrator of the site, such as on buy/sell/trade and group sites, a Consultant can

(a) post a link to a live video (a true link that requires a click to activate the video),

(b) post an invitation to visit a Consultant's page or website, and

(c) invite someone to enroll in Paparazzi.

On a site for which the Consultant is the sole administrator, s/he can

(a) post individual Paparazzi accessories for sale, and

(b) the Consultant can go live.

Additionally, the Consultant on his/her business page where s/he is the sole administrator can

(a) select the live shopping option, and

(b) select the Facebook Marketplace option.

Paparazzi does not recommend group sites, ISO, GOOB, or other sites for which the Consultant is not the sole administrator. Sites based on the Paparazzi brand that charge to go live or require payment to join are not compliant.

Online vendor events are not allowed under Sections 5.10, 5.11, and 5.13.

Paparazzi makes a distinction between the community sales groups described above and the groups Consultants may create to promote their personal businesses. Groups created by Consultants to promote Paparazzi or any non-Paparazzi business are subject to the rules explained in SELLING NON-PAPARAZZI ALONGSIDE PAPARAZZI ON A MIXED PAGE.
