FASHION FIX - SKIP A MONTH

You can skip a month of Fashion Fix by following these steps: 

  •  Log in to your Back-Office with your Consultant ID number as your username
  • For desktop, hover the cursor over “Orders”, then click on “Fashion Fix

    • For mobile, click on the three lines in the upper right-hand corner, click on "Orders", then click "Fashion Fix"

  • Click “View Autoship Profile” 

  • Click “Edit Schedule"

  • Change the month for the "New Next Ship Date"

  • Click "Save Changes"

Please note that while the option to skip more than one month will be visible in your Back-Office, only skipping one month at a time is permissible. Any successful attempts to skip more than one month will result in the cancellation of your Fashion Fix subscription.
