RETURNS - VIEWING MY RETURNS

Checking your return status can be done online. You can view your submitted returns by following these steps:

• Log into your account using your Consultant ID number at paparazziaccessories.com

• Click on the pink Profile icon

• Click on "Returns" located on the left-hand side menu.

Your recent returns and their status will be listed there. You can then click on the returns to view any notes by the Returns Department.

If the Returns Department is requesting your to return your defective item(s), the Return Request (RMA) Form can be found in the back office by following these steps:

• Log into your Back-Office

• Click on the "Resources" tab

• Click on “Forms”

• Click on "Return Request Form"

• Print and fill out the last page on the form. Follow the directions provided on this form on how to ship the defective item(s) to the Returns Department.
