SELLING ONLY PAPARAZZI IN A “BRICK-AND-MORTAR” STORE OR KIOSK

When selling only Paparazzi Accessories in a brick-and-mortar store or kiosk, Consultants can offer Paparazzi Accessories for sale if they adhere to the following specific requirements:

  • The Consultant must abide by all the Policies and Procedures. For example, a Consultant cannot offer discounts or sales on the Accessories. A Consultant can sell gift certificates for customers to give to third parties but the Consultant cannot give away coupons or gift certificates. PAPARAZZI GIFT CERTIFICATE/GIFT CARD
  • The Consultant and the store must comply with all local laws and ordinances for business licenses, zoning, sales and use tax, etc.
  • Because only Paparazzi is being sold in the store, other items can be used to create displays with Paparazzi, such as a clothed mannequin showcasing the jewelry. This is allowed because clothing is not being sold in the store.
  • The Zi Collection accessories must be clearly identified and separated from the $5 accessories so there is no confusion as to the price. However, the Zi Collection may still be a part of the overall Paparazzi display.
  • The Consultant can have employees at the store.
  • For all signage, advertisements, etc., the Consultant must use the Independent Consultant Logo unaltered from the Back Office if the Consultant uses the word(s) Paparazzi or Paparazzi Accessories.  A Consultant cannot use the Corporate Logo or the Crown.
  • The Accessories must be sold for the mandated prices ($5/$25).
  • The name of the Consultant’s business must be compliant. A Consultant cannot use the words Paparazzi or Paparazzi Accessories in the name of a brick-and-mortar store.  (See Section 5.3 of Policies and Procedures.)
  • Paparazzi stock photographs and graphics are for digital use only. The stock photographs and graphics cannot be used in any printed form at any time in any location. This refers to a Consultant printing out or hiring someone to print out the stock photographs or graphics on paper or any physical surface.
  • If a brick-and-mortar store has an online presence, please see the information about online sales.
