What is the Fashion Fix?

The Fashion Fix is a subscription of 25 NEW Accessories shipped to your door every month. These 25 Accessories include FIVE Trend Blends (four Accessories each) and five exclusive individual Stylist Picks. The Fashion Fix features new styles and designs every single month, giving those enrolled in the program the inside edge when it comes to fueling sales and setting trends.

Here’s how it works:

Your monthly Fashion Fix will be processed on the 20th of every month. The Accessories inside will be available for purchase on the 5th day of the following month, only to those who had a successful subscription process on the 20th. For example, October’s Fashion Fix will process on September 20th. Those who have a successful subscription order process on that day will have access to purchase the Fashion Fix Accessories on October 5th. Please note, the five Stylist Picks are ONLY available to those who subscribe to the Fashion Fix and will not be for sale anywhere else.

If there are any Fashion Fix Accessories remaining, they will be available for purchase by all Consultants on the 20th of the following month.

A printed Style Snapshot will accompany each Trend Blend. This Style Snapshot can be framed and displayed alongside the Trend Blend itself. Along with each Style Snapshot, those enrolled in the Fashion Fix will receive a Stylist Tip Card for each collection. These cards explain why the Accessories were paired together, how to dress a look up or down, and hint at which Accessories you could add to tweak the look that’s been created. 

At the end of the month when your next Fashion Fix arrives, do it all over again! Then keep the previous month’s Fashion Fix for yourself and feed your own $5 habit.

Enrollment in Fashion Fix is limited by availability. A Consultant can request to be placed on the Fashion Fix waiting list by contacting Paparazzi Support at 855-697-2727.

If a Consultant’s Fashion Fix subscription is not processed for two consecutive months for any reason (such as a credit card decline, voluntarily skipped months, etc.), the Consultant’s subscription will be canceled. Fashion Fix shipments that are refused or returned to Paparazzi are considered unprocessed orders.

Any subscription changes, such as a change of address, a change in credit card information, etc., must be completed by 5:00 p.m. ET on the last business day before the day the Fashion Fix subscription is processed for that month. Please note that updating your address in the Back Office will not update the address on your Fashion Fix profile.

Pursuant to Section 9.8 Business Autoship or Fashion Fix, Fashion Fix packages are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-disputable for any reason, unless an Accessory falls under the guidelines of a manufacturer defect pursuant to the return policy.

Consultants can cancel their Fashion Fix subscription through the  Back Office by following these steps:

• Log in to the Back Office. 

• Click on “Orders” at the top of the screen.

• Click on “Fashion Fix” on the left-hand side.

• Click on “View Autoship Profile” on the right-hand side. 

• Click on “Cancel Profile” to cancel the subscription.

The Fashion Fix waiting list is for first-time subscribers only, so Consultants who have previously subscribed are not eligible for the waiting list and must wait for open enrollment to re-subscribe. Consultants will be notified by email when open enrollment occurs.
