What is the Fashion Fix?
The Fashion Fix is a monthly subscription available only to Paparazzi Consultants. Each month, you’ll receive 10 accessories chosen by the Paparazzi Stylists to help you stay ahead of the trends and grow your business.
The box includes five Complete Looks (two-piece set) from each of the following Paparazzi Collections: Fiercely 5th Avenue, Glimpses of Malibu, Magnificent Musings, Simply Santa Fe, and Sunset Sightings. Each Complete Look includes Talking Points and Stylist Tips. These priceless reference guides provide valuable insight into each Complete Look—explaining why the accessories work together, what standout features your customers will love, tips on how to wear each set, and even suggested Pantone® pairings to complete the look. They basically make you look like a pro!
As a Fashion Fix subscriber, your order will automatically process on the 20th of each month and typically arrives during the last week. This early delivery gives you the opportunity to showcase the newest styles, build excitement with your customers, and drive sales. The accessories featured in the box will be available for purchase starting on the 5th of the following month—but only for those whose subscription was successfully processed on the 20th.
On the 20th of the month, your next Fashion Fix will process, and any remaining pieces from the current month’s Complete Looks — if there are any — will be made available to the entire Paparazzi family.
A limited number of Fashion Fix subscriptions are available. To be added to the waiting list, call Paparazzi Support at 855-697-2727. The Fashion Fix waiting list is for first-time subscribers only, so Consultants who have previously subscribed are not eligible for the waiting list and must wait for open enrollment to re-subscribe. Consultants will be notified by email when open enrollment occurs.
Once you’re on the Fashion Fix waiting list, Paparazzi will create a Fashion Fix profile for you and charge your card as soon as a spot becomes available. You’ll receive a courtesy email notification when your subscription is activated.
Any changes to your subscription, such as changing your address, updating your credit card, canceling, or skipping a month, must be completed before 11:59 PM ET on the day before Fashion Fix is scheduled to process. Fashion Fix subscription orders are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-disputable. Only items with a manufacturer defect may be returned under Paparazzi’s return policy. Please note that updating your address in the Back Office does not update the address on your Fashion Fix profile.
If your subscription fails for two consecutive months due to a declined card, skipped month, or another issue — it will be canceled. Refused or returned shipments will also result in cancellation, along with a $25 refusal fee and a 10% restocking fee. Once canceled, you will no longer be eligible for the waiting list and must wait for open enrollment to re-subscribe.
