Consultants' Individual Business Practices

Paparazzi Accessories are to be sold for the following prices:

• Starlet Shimmer Accessories - $1
• Standard Accessories - $5
• Zi Collection Necklaces - $25

So long as Consultants comply with Paparazzi’s Policies and Procedures and, local, state, and federal laws (see Section 6.6 Laws and Ordinances), they can determine:

• The number of Paparazzi Accessories they purchase. However, Consultants should not purchase more products than they can reasonably use or sell in a month.  See Section 5.19 Inventory Loading. 
• How and when they sell the Accessories they purchase.
• Whether they participate in “team” groups.
• How much they will charge for postage to ship Accessories to their customers.
• Whether they will charge sales tax to their customers (please see GENERAL SALES TAX INFORMATION for information regarding a Consultant’s obligation for payment, collection, and reporting of sales/use tax).
• The time allowed for a customer to pay an invoice (we recommend requiring payment within 24 hours).
• What forms of payment they will accept from customers and what payment service they will use.
• What sales platform they will use. Paparazzi recommends using Paparazzi Premiere. 

Consultants’ rules and sales policies should be visible and understandable to their customers. If Compliance determines that a Consultant has failed to provide adequate customer service to a customer, the Consultant will be required to follow any instructions given by Compliance to resolve the customer’s concern (see Section 10.1 Disciplinary Sanctions).  To ensure optimum customer service, Paparazzi discourages Consultants from adopting an “all sales are final” policy.
