PAPARAZZI PREMIERE- IMPORTING INVENTORY

Before you send your first invoice, you need to import the inventory you want to sell. The Inventory feature allows users to add new items directly in the app and to manage existing inventory. Follow along for step-by-step instructions!

  1. Go to Inventory from the navigation pane
  2. (iOS): Tap on the plus (+) icon OR the Scan icon in the upper right corner of the screen to open the barcode scanner. (Android): Tap on the plus (+) icon at the bottom of the screen to open the barcode scanner OR the Scan icon in the upper right corner.

    Scan the barcode (SKU) of an item.

    Note: If the camera/scanning feature does not recognize the barcode OR you prefer to manually enter the item, you have the option to do so by clicking on the Manually Enter Barcode button. When the camera is opened, you will notice a flashlight button in the upper right corner. Clickin on this will turn on your device's flashlight for better lighting if needed.

    • Once the scanner recognizes the product OR you manually enter the barcode, a pop-up window will appear displaying the item name and product image

Tip:The barcode scanner feature allows you to Manually Enter Barcode, which is a button at the bottom of the screen. 

  1. A screen with the Item details will display the following:
    • Item Name – pre-filled from the product catalog
    • Item SKU – pre-filled from the product catalog
    • Item Picture – pre-filled from the product catalog
    • How Many (required manual entry) – enter the quantity of the item you would like to add
    • Item # (optional manual entry) – enter an Item Number for the item you would like to add
      • Item # can be up to 6 alphanumeric characters and can be added or updated at any time. Example: bin1

Note:

Quantity can be updated at any time by using the Plus (+) sign or Minus (-) sign and clicking Save.When Quantity is decreased, you must provide a reason for this action. Reasons to choose from are:

  1. Lost or Missing
  2. Damaged or Defective
  3. Cycle Count
  4. Personal Use
  5. Wholesale Return
  6. Give Away

Below these fields, you will see two buttons:

– Add

– Add & Scan

If you are only adding one item, select ‘Add’ to add the item and be taken back to your Inventory screen. If you have more items to add, select ‘Add & Scan’, and the camera/scanning feature will automatically re-open.

Search items in your existing inventory:

  • Go to Inventory from the navigation pane.

Using the Search bar:

  • If the item is found in your existing inventory, it will display along with the item details.
  • if the item does NOT exist in your inventory, the search result will display “0 products”.

Using the Scanning feature():

  • Scan the item’s barcode.
  • If the item is found in your existing inventory, it will display along with the item details.

Note: The ‘Quantity’ field will display the current quantity in Inventory. You may adjust the item’s quantity here by using the Plus (+) sign or Minus (-) sign and clicking Save (select reason for quantity change if needed).

  • If the item is NOT found in your existing inventory, a screen with Item details will display, prompting you to fill in the same fields listed above to add the item.
